Turmeric Latte




Turmeric and cinnamon are loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that help calm the nervous system. Adding them into a tea brings peace and comfort to each sip.


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 t cinnamon (ground)

  • 3/4 t turmeric (ground)

  • 1/8 t nutmeg (ground)

  • 1 C oatmilk

  • 1 t agave nectar


Steps:


  • Warm oatmilk on stovetop

  • Pour warmed milk into bowl

  • Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, & nutmeg

  • Then, stir in agave & vanilla

  • Pour into cup & Enjoy!
