In this 5 day email series challenge, you’ll learn systems and non-toxic productivity strategies to get more done in less time without burning yourself out along the way. You will learn time and energy management techniques so that you can be more productive on your terms and in a way that works for the construct of your brain and life. You will also learn how to listen to your mind and body when it is time to take a break and give yourself space and permission to do so. You do not need to give into hustle or urgency culture to succeed. You’ll end up much more productive if you give yourself space for rest and learn how to balance that with knowing when to get back at it and keep consistent and disciplined.
